Time to clean that engine bay! Ever think about removing the heat shield on the header and wrapping it?

Thought about it, seems like a lot of work. Any gains from it?

I cleaned the engine bay like 2 weeks ago. Michigan doesn't lend itself to clean engine bays.

No gains, just makes it look way better with the shield gone and header wraped. I did mine and love the way it looks. Its just kinda pricey for the wrap, thats the only downside...

meh, Ill just clean it up with some acid and be good to go. nice looking DD racecar doesnt need wrap. especially if its going to take away from the budget for other things.

I feel ya, its like $50 per roll and that only does about one tube lol. I would just leave the shield on if you dont plan on wraping it tho. If you dont keep the heat down you can melt your fans/shroud and wires/plugs.
