well, there's a few reasons that when it's aired out it's awesome. i'm not a stance guy, but it looks killer layed out. you can't steal my wheels with the car that low. lol and you can't steal the car. not saying that's a problem in the area i live, but it's a bit more piece of mind. lol the car never gets driven at that height. it's literally only down for pictures and when parked. being at your ride height when parked doesn't matter even on coils, wouldn't you agree.

on airs merits, i got to play with a CTSV on an abandoned twisty highway this weekend and i was on him the whole time. i mean right on him, if it was safer i could have passed. he's a damn decent driver. i can have it at whatever height i want, which to me is the best part. i drive downtown 2-3 times a week and the roads there suck.

my write up on coilovers vs air should maybe help you understand.

although, and i usually don't say this because frankly i dont care. but it is my car. lol, i built it for me to enjoy. i LOVE laying the car out. i love the reaction i get at a gas station or whatever when people see the car dropped. i get sooo many people asking and being blown away.

read my sig and you'll understand how i mod cars. even when i had my focus i didn't mod like everyone else. i mod for myself, and you should as well.

btw, last piece, air has been around LONG before the minitruck scene. it's been in hot rods, rat rods, and lead sleds for a long long time. it's one of the most popular suspension choices when people rebuild older cars. the minitruck scene and import scenes have adopted it massively. yes its not for everyone. but i'll never put coils on a car ever again, it's not worth the price and lack of adjustability, even with high dollar ones.
remember that building a car shouldn’t come from parts it should come from deep inside your soul. let the car speak for all the emotions, memories and experiences youve made and the car will take a life of its own. truth over fame.
