Ya I do keep plenty on hand...

Mostly cause I do so.many e85 conversions that I use the drums son don't have to run to that station every time I need fuel for a customers car...

actually I have none... :( the car had ANOTHER spec clutch fail in the same way within 1000 miles of being new. so I was discusted and put a stock clutch in it. and low and behold the car is PERFECT now. turn out that the weird shifting issue I was having at high rpm is was the clutch not disaguaging. so I actually way enjoying the car for while. BUT then I injured my clutch knee and I just cant drive the car. its too painfull so I sold it to a friend of mine who is a member on here.... so it is officially gine but not forgotten :(

The high RPM issue won't go away with a stock clutch.

IMO, it's a problem in the slave.

No it wasn't the slave. I replaced three times... The second I put a stock clutch in it WITH OUT changing the slave that time it instantly got better... I can report back thst he has put almost 2k miles on it beating the hell out of it and it's fine still...

I'm also happy to report that there are plans in the near future to be turboing this car.... :)

Yes 13:1 and boost.... gonna show you guy just how good the e85 really is...lol

Well, I'm ~12,000 miles on a stock clutch now and I can say it's gone to shit at high RPM.
It's fine if I pull some power out though, which just baffles the hell out of me. Someone had mentioned that it might be heat related. But I've no way to measure and test reliably.

All I know is that the only things not stock are my slave and flywheel. The slave is some shitty NAPA replacement. It's plastic and the root of the problem I think. Stock was metal but they wanted a couple hundred for one.

How much power are you putting through the stock one?
