injectors, A/F setup, pipe bungs & enough v-band clamps to make a custom exhaust with a swappable section, aaaaaand I'm out of budget.

I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to try and get this together just to see how far I get before I bonk.

... and also if I still wanna go to Ford Nationals/Focus Rising with last year's car with new but busted up stuff (thanks to that damn head-sticks) and all that new hotness just waiting on a shot in the arm.

Went to do the install at my work on an off-Saturday... Turns out the damn Turbonetics hot side flange is kinda unique!!! The sonofabitch had my brother (TurboGLH) & I running around two counties and six automotive shops and stores for a single three bolt exhaust flange.

We ended up having to make our own. So after doing that much fabrication and pulling hair like metal splinters out of our hands all afternoon, I decided to just go with the v-bands. The custom exhaust flange was already made, of course.

The fit is decent and only took the better part of 4hrs. I just got a link from mi hermano for a 2.5"-to-3" smooth adapter, so that turbo's 2.5" is going to a 3" v-band which should make putting the remainder of the three inch exhaust together so much less frustrating than this first bit.
