FF Northeast mini meetup! (Pic heavy, 56k...just no)
(Mods, if this is in the wrong section, please relocate it, I won't mind!)
Djzx3, myself, and another member whose name I forgot (He's got a Kona Blue '12 'stang)--DJ, please enlighten me, I'm terrible with names!--had a little mini-meetup at a local carpark amid the summer swelter. Some quick fun was had as we showed off our rides to each other. I really dug DJ's/his gf's zx3 and that V6 ponycar. Very cool stuff. I hope I get to hang with these folks again, and look forward to more FJ/FF meetups in the future.
Here are the pics I shot:
Very nice pictures Kay, the other member we meet up with goes by Buickboy on here. And I hope to do more meets too, I got more parts to buy from Buickboy, so it probably won't be too long before we can do this again.
Here are some pics I took, mind you my camera is not nearly as good.
And this is the reason we meet.
Had a lot of fun, even know it was hot as hell,(lol) hope to do it again real soon guys.
Great pics as well man! And yeah, it was loads of fun. That sun sure sucked though. We'll have to do this again on a lawn, with food and drink. And maybe with some more FF/FJ people!
By the way, it seems I'm not hallucinating and your pics confirm it--I guess I do have grille shutters?...at least, that's what it looks like (like I said, it's a Job 1 build, so I'm totally surprised).
Buickboy's kona blue ponycar = totally awesome, by the way. Can't overstate how awesome that color is on that car. Can't wait to see it on Team Dynamics shoes.
Moved to the showroom section.
BTW. Nice pics for both of you. Looked like fun.
Here you go. Hopefully we can get a good turn out. Right now it's only four of us.
That's about a 2-3 hour drive for me, IDK, I would have to check my financials a couple days before.
Ouch, no interest?
This is what my car looked like when we got it.
OE Exedy fly/clt
Weapon R Intake
Exhaust done in 2.5 stainless steel from the cat back.
Lowered 1.5 inch, FRPP.
Blue painted interior pieces.
Clear front side turn signals.
Custom made gauge cluster pod.
Blue LED's cover the cars interior.
redline performance front rotors/brakes
17 inch, 10 spoke, Ford racing rims, ultra rare, and painted cobalt metallic blue, wrapped in 205/45/R17's.
And as you can all see, the OBX header that I got on this^ day, is going to finish my exhaust.
woo nice pics! thanks for taking those. It was good meeting everyone, neat mini meet.
hope I have my 18x10 team dynamic PR1.3s and other goodies by the time the next meet happens!
