Car Shifts Rough After Tune

Ok so i bought the FSwerks Tuner and installed the tune. I have an Automatic Transmission and it jumps RPM's and seems to shift rough after 45 MPH. I've had the transmission rebuilt 2 times already. It was shifting fine before the tune. Could it just be the tune and if so is it going to cause problems if not addressed?

"Tunes" for automatics usually include firmer shifting, and may change shift points for harder acceleration. Shouldn't cause any problems with shifting.

You should try it with the stock tune for comparison, then talk with the tuner if it acts strange JUST with the tune installed.

Thats odd I though fs stopped doing Auto Trans tuning , they dont have a clue how or what to adjust to make the ATX work properly and why they stopped tuning them , maybe it was just for boost but if you cant adjust it for boost you cant adjust it for NA
Yes it is very possible it could damage something and I would remove the tune and not drive it till fs can get you another tune

Thank you both i called FSwerks and the tune does work for automatics. I took my car in to the Ford Quicklane and i am in need of a shift solenoid. AAMCO apparently didn't fix my transmission well enough. Should of went to Ford sooner. Thanks again!
