What would cause this drop?

Tom said i had some bad gas about a week ago (Quick Trip) 91 fuel. The other day i put in a half a tank of shel Vpower stuff and i noticed on the way back from a 60mile round trip it acted a little different.

Is this the signs of bad plugs? or maybe a few bad coil packs? why does #3 and 4 show little drops? They were the 2 before that had bad drop outs as well.

2 different fuel types? makes me wonder if i dont have somthing wrong. Bad gap maybe?

What is the plug order of the duratec 2.0 maybe i can swap around the coil packs and see if it changes the drop in the other cylinders?

Yeah i know its spark knock but is it getting to much fuel? is it not burning it all out? to much timming on those 2? plugs maybe?

Can i go in and adjust the timming back a few clicks myself on those 2 and see if it smooths out?

Its not really that much but im just wanting to learn a little about it is all.

I have this tool, ide like to get some use out of it.

Also, why do they seem to drop out or retard when the RPMs are down?
