Diablo Sport Tuner CANT SAVE STOCK TUNE

I just got this tuner from TOM. It keeps telling me that it cant save the stock tune. Also, it says this will happen if theres already a Custom Tune installed. Im pretty positive there isint one already installed. What do i do or try?

The first attempt to save stock tune went to 16%, the second save made it to 30%. I tried to load custom tune again after this and it made it to 50% but then stopped as usual. Whats the DEAL????

Just curious but pull fuse 46/61 and see if it will load , also low Batt will do this , turn everything off and close the door when loading

update: Charged battery, cleaned battery connections*!! and the tune worked fine. *might be worth a shot if your connections are corroded.
