Megasquirt or Contour ECU

I got 02 focus I want run individual throttle bodies (ITBs) on it. Unfortinetly becouse focuses run MAF you cant do it just by swapping over ITBs. So I want to swap my ECU for either Megasquirt or Countour ECU. I know older countours, that were running zetec, were using MAP sensor. Has any one got ITB focus? Any help is welcome.

I run Jenvey ITBs on my Zetec engine, it's no longer in a Focus but in a Kit car that is smog exempt.

The map for spark and fuel is based on RPM and throttle postition.

The MegaSquirt should be able to control the engine but I don't know about the other inputs the ECU uses. I think Pi Research or Pectel makes a piggyback ECU (their T2) that controls the engine leaving the stock ECU for the rest of the car.
