clearing KAM

i have toms tune via Predator and i was working on my imrc and after wrds i cleared the code and accidentally wasnt paying attention andcleared the KAM
or keep alive memory.

after that ive noticed a little loss of ummppph.
and today i noticed that it just doesnt pick up like it used to before i cleared the kam?

could clearing the keep alive memory mess up the tune or anything?

thats what i did, i flashed back to stock tune then reflashed to my tune.

seemed to help a little. but i also drive 2 or 3 different cars all day so it always feels weird getting into my car after working and driving a few different cars. so it could all be in my mind or like a placebo effect but idk

Keep Alive Memory is all the adaptive data that the PCM has stored. For example Barometric Pressure, Idle airflow trims and long term fuel trims. Once he drives it for a while it should relearn all that data and run good again.

Like I said in a PM to you , just leave it alone

Tom
