If you have the Xcal2 or Xcal3, then your flasher should have automatically stored a copy of your stock tune to itself when you flashed your NA tune to the ECU. To answer your question, it is a good idea to reload your stock tune to your car before you put the turbo kit on and let the car run for a few minutes to allow the ECU to set itself and get it's readings. Then turn the car off and flash your new turbo tune to it.

If you are getting the FSwerks turbo kit, then yes, Randy should be emailing you a tune to load to your flasher to load to your car. Make sure you load the tune before you ever crank the car after the turbo install, and have a laptop with SCT livewire linked through your flasher to the ECU so you can immediately start datalogging from when you first crank the car. This will allow you to see how the ECU and sensors are adjusting with the tune to give out proper readings to cooperate with the turbo. In the same email as the tune, should be a list of instructions as to what data needs to be datalogged.

It is very very highly recommended to have a wideband installed and working properly when you install the turbo kit. Your AFR is vital to tuning, especially when you're talking about boost cause too rich can file plugs and ruin sensors and too lean can cause detonation.
