Red face Real Time Datalogging SCT Intake Air Temp

Just got my SCT X3. Was playing around with the realtime time datalogging. I used the IAT ( Intake Air Temp) reading. Very interesting. The outside temp was about 55 degrees, and the IAT went up to 120 degrees...however, once the car moved it quickly went to 65 degrees. I think i may build a heat shield box from a small plastic garbage bin to lower the IAT temp at idle.
