my question is are they worth it? do they work well?
Yes, and Yes, rather well.
I was still skepticle at first, but with the amount of debris I'm going through,
I'm very happy with how much is not getting on the car anymore.
Here's a couple better pics I took this morning.

OK, I'm really surprised nobody noticed the "subtlety" I left in the 4th pic from the top.
See the "Janet Drive" sign?
We live on "Douglas Circle", and with that being my name,
I got my wife, Janet, the road sign for the driveway for her birthday last year.
So, if you ever want to find our house, just remember our names, Doug and Janet....
Take a left on Douglas Cirlce, and another on Janet Drive.

Oh, that's just great.
Frankly, I used to block my plates in all my pics, but I guess now I figure....
"What have I got to hide"?
Is there a good reason to continue blocking them out?

And, thanks for all the compliments everyone!
It was all I could do when I drilled that first hole, to not cry my eyes out.
Now, the more I look at it, the more I like it.
If I hadn't put them on, I'd most likely have to paint the rear bumper and side skirts this spring.
Or.....drive my 305,000 mile old, 8mpg Bronco, without heated seats everyday.
