blinks.. still need more info on the exact engine... now that i know its volvo style i may be scared... i am tempted to source out a wrecked but running AWD x-type and salvage its drivetrain and egine/tranny and do a swap xD.. Jag 2.5/3.0 is nothing more then a modified duratec anyways

Agree that Australia prob. matched the rest of the World in being a year ahead of the USA for MkIII & ST release.

We got MkIII in '12 and ST in '13, and that's a year after it was around elsewhere in both cases.
Technically it's 6 months.

ROW uses CY (Calendar Year) not MY so their cars launch usually in January-March of the year (so an '11 would launch in January 2011). We as you know use MY but launch our cars in the previous CY around August-October. So MY '12 would launch in August 2011 or about 6 months after the ROW 11.

it would be a 2.5 ,5 cylinder turbo same as a volvo C30/ well most of the volvos carrying the T5 designation
