Looks good in the first picture, looks really big in the 2nd pic...what are the dimensions? I like hood vents for the most part. Have you been able to tell if the engine is running cooler? Functionality would be a great thing!

I did not install, but it's straight forward. Use stencils to position. Drill holes for anchors from templates. Then use a $18 dollar cut off tool from harbor freight. Smooth out the rough spots with a dremel. Then I used touch up paint to cover the exposed areas. I took the hood off for this but took roughly 3-4 hours time.

Looks ok but seem a big wide for a small hood,I'd prefer the longer thin version of the vents.

My only beef with hood vents is they allow dirt and debris to get under the hood too and a dirty motor negates some of the cooling effect. My STI motor gets dirty quick in rainy/wintry weather.

Good point on the dirt and debris. I wonder if any of them have any filter mesh to help with debris?
