I've noticed the same thing when I see other Titanium or ST owners who drive eyes front. On the other hand, there are some who acknowledge with a wave or thumbs-up. Best interactions have been at car washes, where I've chatted up other Focus owners. One of the attendants at my regular wash was asking about my '13 when he told me he drove '09 SE. Yeah, I told him about the boards for mod ideas and connect with other Focus owners.

If I see a really nice car I and I am pulling up beside them, I just give them a "thumbs up." I remember getting complimented on my rims by a driver of an ST just after I got my car last year. Waiving must be a thing of the past. Drivers don't give the "courtesy" waive if you let them in. Even Seinfeld noted this in an episode.

My arm would fall off if I waved at every Focus ST I encounter daily on the road.

Yeah, I see a healthy mix of owners when ever I pass an ST. I'm thinking the younger generation doesn't know that waving, giving a nod or thumbs up is a thing. I see it the most in Jeeps, I dont even drive/own a Jeep but will occasionally see two Jeep drivers wave or flash their lights at each other when they pass.

If i saw someone waving at me and they were in the same car as me, I would return the wave and smile.

Daily? wtf??? I see another MK3 ST maybe once a month.. or less
Plenty of regular MK3 Focus.. but not ST.
Actually I can count the ST I have seen in the year and a half I have owned my ST.
And the total sightings are under 10

I see STs almost daily (different ones), I kinda made a joke to myself that the salespeople must be pushing them on "normal" customers.

I only get acknowledged by other SVT owners, and just about every conversation I've had was with 'other' car owners.

I usually get a nod from other car enthusiast passing by, but never by an ST, I figure the ST owners are too stuck up sipping on tea with their pinky sticking out. I did catch a guy looking at my car while I was in the library the other day, then I saw him get into his Ti.

The courtesy wave is alive where I'm at... about the only courteous thing I've seen.
