Wastegate Q

Hey tom, i noticed on your kit that you run a deltagate 2, now im just wondering if there is any reason your using deltagates over tial wastegates. I know of one other tuner EIP for VW that also uses the new deltagates and swears by them.

I had an archaic deltagate on my vr6 turbo setup that looked like it was from 1902 cause it was a eip setup but never really thought about it so much. I figured if a company large enough and reputable enough as eip was using it, they must have good reason.

Now i ask the question, why the deltagate.

I got my kit a year and a half ago and it came with the Evolution. Tom will chime in but I'm thinking he doesn't use Deltagates. Evolutions are every bit as good as a Tile.

Here is a link in case you are not familar with them.
