Should focus-power attend the shootout???

Focus-power has an invite to the FJ Shootout (thanks FJ)

Should FP go? WHY ?

Would it realy make a big Diff one way or another if FP went or didnt ? WHY ?

I dont like the octane rule sure the others dont mind it because 95% of the list are not making the power the focus-power guys are making so they realy dont need it , On top of that some will have to make the trek back down here for a retune to 100 that kinda sucks for them , I said from the start that it either wouldnt happen or be ruled to death and to me having to detune is a killer , My SVT has all stock suspension so i will have to make up a lot with HP on a stock 10.2 compression engine but thats a whole nother bitchfest

Please answer WHY to your answers in detail

Tom

Not unless they allow an unlimited class.

I don't see a real reason NOT to show up. I mean you'll be getting a product placement at an event where there is going to be a huge number of potential performance buyers. You don't always have to show off the product to its fullest to get interest. And honestly I feel if FP does show up and perform as decently as I would expect them too, once you tell people you're not even running it close to the max performance level, they'll be blown away. Just putting the product out there is probably enough reason just to show up. You could give people a better look at the components that go into your turbo kits, and also give a demonstration of all the inner workings and such. And maybe you'll be able to sell a couple tunes on the side while you're there. Personally I'd like to see the FP car.

Umm Yea they should.

Look Tom you are respected here but over there (from what I have heard) you are not as popular.

If you just get over the octane rating and prove you ARE the better tuner then why not take the oppertunity if you got it. By not going you will just be adding fuel to everyone's fire about how you were "afraid" to show up.

Shut them up by whipping there ass, and if you do it by there rules you can realy prove to everyone you are a Top tuner.

It wouldn't be much of a shootout if you didn't show up.
