Incredibly stupid question for tom or anyone

On your site the background is a picture of a black svt focus tiled. That svt focus has the dealership front liscence plate bracket on it.

I am wondering if you know how to get that sucker off. That is exactly what mine looks like, and I've tried reaching under the bumper, but I don't see it happening without removing the bumper. Is there some sort of trick, because I have stuff blocking me, there is no clearence to reach inback of the bumper to unscrew it and get it off.

I am looking for either some 5spoke SVT wheels or RS wheels at a good price, send me a PM (preferably with existing tires.. preferably with existing tred heheheh) or maybe even some of the euro 15 (is it 15?) spoke wheels, black.

Really? I could swear that mine is held on with 4 bolts... I remember removing mine one time when I was waxing.

It could be 4 bolts, but the heads are on the other side of the bumper and theres no way I can get to it from under, haven't really explored from above because I figure its a longer route.

Drill out the rivets? ugh...
