mafia question

I just bought a used mafia and I believe he said it was on a '95 mustang. I looked at it today and there are 6 wires total but only 4 are hooked up and it came with an adapter to go from a 4 pin connector to a 6 pin connector. My question to you is will it work like it should? I believe a gray with black stripe wire was cut and an all gray one. The Blue with red stripe, brown with green stripe, the black with white, and the red wires are all hooked up, is this correct?

The 2 outside wires are for the IAT and need to be there working , you can use an external IAT if you install one and wire it in
