NEW CT3BS BILLET CERAMIC BALL BEARING TURBOCHARGERS

NEW CT3BS BILLET CERAMIC MID FRAME TURBOCHARGERS

San Dimas, California_October_2009
Comp Turbo Inc. announced today the availability of the next larger model in its line of performance turbochargers. Designated the Model CT3BS, the ball bearing system design is based on the highly successful Model CT3B, which is currently outperforming competition in many applications in the racing community. The new Model CT3BS can be applied interchangeably on engines that currently use the Borg Warner S400 or Garrett GT42/GT45 turbochargers and can also be used on other engines that use similar-sized turbochargers. The CT3BS turbocharger uses the tried and proven three-ball bearing system that performs exceptionally well in the CT3B model and has thrust and radial load carrying capacities much greater than the standard floating sleeve and stationary thrust bearing systems used in many current turbochargers. The high mechanical efficiency of the CT3BS ball bearing system leads to extremely rapid acceleration of the turbocharger rotor, rapid availability of the boost pressure to the engine, and the result is rapid acceleration and response of the vehicle to throttle demand.
Upon receipt of basic engine specifications, Comp Turbo can recommend a turbocharger build that will be an optimal match to the engine air requirements, produce high torque at low engine speed and very high power output at high engine speeds. It is expected that the CT3BS will be as successful in performance applications as the currently available Comp Turbo Model CT3B turbocharger.
Comp Turbo Inc. is a California based, High-technology Turbocharger Company, specializing in the design, development and application of performance turbochargers. Comp Turbo also offers a rebuild service for conventional turbochargers as well as a conversion service that can substitute a ball bearing system for conventional sleeve bearings in many commercial turbocharger models. The sale of turbocharger spare parts and accessories is also available.
Information about Comp Turbo Inc. can be found in detail on the website www.CompTurbo.com. All Inquiries can be addressed to:

how much are they asking for these vs. the extremely low price of the s475? how how large frame are they? i would have an s475 right now if it wasnt for its sheer size not fitting under the hood of the focus.

have you seen a borg warner s475? i would have had to either cut the hood and had it sticking out or run a smaller radiator and ran it up front.

this is it compared to one close to the same size as the one i am running on the v8 focus. it is as big as the 5.3's block, lol.
