Some feedback on Focus-Power

I just wanted to leave some feedback of my recent experience of working with Tom. It seems like the only feedback that gets out there anymore is ignorant negative feedback that could have been avoided.

SO.....

I ordered Tom's Predator tune for my SVT. Shipping took a few weeks because of a mix up but that's understandable seeings how the guys is running the business from a different country. However, when I did inquire with Tom about it he let me know there was a small error on their end, and that he shipped it out that day. Two business days later I got the Predator, so he must have upgraded the shipping which I thought was more than necessary.

I got the Predator and started to encounter some problems with loading the files to the Predator, and I can say now I must've been a huge PITA because I must've sent him at least 4 or 5 messages both through e-mail and PM. Each time I sent him a message he usually responded within 15 minutes, and never more than a half hour. Intermittently, I called Diablosport tech to see if I could make it easier on Tom and I could just get talked through the problems by them. They wouldn't even listen to what I had to say, they only said I needed to send the predator back because it wasn't compitable with the CROM Tom sent me, which wasn't true at all. SO -1 Diablosport tech.

Finally I did get my files loaded after Tom sent me them a couple different times, and from there the install was a cake walk. The tune feels good, more power through all six gear, no bogging etc.etc.

Moreover, I talked with my friend today about it who drives a vr6 Jetta, and he asks "well what happens when you do more mods?" So I told him how Tom with update our tunes for free for as long as we have the car/tuner and my friend was like WOW, that's great customer service, some of the VW tuners make you pay for each tune. So it's something we just take for granted around here.

So I give Tom an A+ for service, and likewise for his product.

Sorry for the essay and thanks again for putting up with me Tom.

Tom, I can't wait to receive my tune. Put the payment in the mail and sent it this Tuesday. Let me know!
Anyway, I talked with Tom on the phone; he was very patient with all my questions and explanations. He used straight-forwarded responses. Never hesistated to ask him a question, he was always asking if there was anything else I needed to know. +1 for initial impressions

Good to hear good news! I Have dealt with Tom a good bit and a lot of people can't take his "straight forward no BS" attitude, I for one can appreciate that and you know what you get when you deal with Tom. Now I just wish he had an AWD dyno b/c I want him to tune my Mazdaspeed 6!!!

I'm gonna chime in here and say that when I ordered my tuner I got it in several days , and I know he is busy but after a few pm's and e- mails I had my tune in a few days .

Great service as always and not a problem at all .

Later on I decided to get a header , decided I needed to let Tom know about this and in a few days had an update without any problems once again .

So Tom I appreciate your services and will continue to do busy with you as long as needed .

I'm especially thankful for the free updates as long as you stay N/A .
