Question Newb Here

I recently purchased a 2005 zx4 SE. I want to add some performance mods, mainly to increase HP without spending thousands of $, but I don't know where to start. I was thinking about either a new intake or exhaust? I would also appreciate some suggestions on what to do after the intake and/or exhaust are taken care of such as headers, cams, etc...

Welcome , This might be better posted in the Duratec section

I would do air intake , header , Exh , Tune then cams then go to TB and intake as your budget allows
