Bogging and surging, with tune installed?

Hey Tom, I shot you a PM but I figure Id throw this up here incase anyone else can benefit/contribute to it.

I got your tune on a predator a few months back. The results of the tune were night and day. No bogging, smooth powerband.

Fast forward 4 months - It seems like my car has been really dogging it into first gear, *lots* of bogging, and it seems to surge now and again. Basically if feels pre-tune. Ive reset my ECU (disconnected battery) many times, this is a recent thing. Its damn near stalling on uphill starts.

This is the most interesting part. If I disconnect my battery, let it clear, the car drives fantastic RIGHT after connecting it again and letting her idle for a bit. After she learns the A/F etc, it comes back.

MAF is clean, plugs are good. Could it be the TPS? Is there anything you could change with the tune to help my issue? Possibly shoot me a new tune? It feels like after about 2k rpms, the car "wakes up" and starts to actually move out of its own way.

Any help is appreciated!
