Tuning an SCT Multi-chip?

Tom, I was referred to you from many sources say you were the best of the Focus tuners. Anyway, I have an SCT Multi-chip with a basic set of tunes, but I have since added a lot of bolt-ons and am using my car for Auto-x. I was wondering if you can tune these chips. I know I have to ship it, which isn't a problem. I have the 7 position dial as well and was looking to have some options in tuning (track, street, etc...).
Thanks
Chris

Unless your wanting to add race fuel at the track one "proper tune" does all track , street , MPG , this doing a MPG tune and a Performance tune is to lighten your wallet not to make your Focus better

The only way to get a proper tune is on the dyno , do you have a A/F gauge ?

I don't have an A/F gauge. I am running an NA motor, so I figured it was unneeded. I am upgrading my interior which includes new gauges, should I get one?

Wait a minute, what kind of tune do I have then? I got it from Hypnotic and all he had me do was tell him my mods? What's the deal?

When I had it tuned I had a short ram intake, 4-1 cat, ORP, and cat-back. Now I have a ported 2000 manifold, 65mm TB, full length CAI, screamin' demon coil pack with livewires, Focus Central 2 pc. UDP, and a 2.5" flex-pipe. I know its still all bolt-ons, and if what I have now is good, cool. It just seems that I have a whole lot more air coming through the motor now, and I'm not sure the chip adjusts itself.
