SCT tune for a non SVT Foci?

I am looking for a tune... not to really remap the engine or anything, but to alow me to change the revs/mile for the tire size. I want to do this for TSD rallies (where in a grey area in the rules says you cant have a calibrateable ODO, but doesnt mean you cant "set the correct tire size rev/mile" :) )

Possible that this could be done? I have an Xcal2 for my SVT but just need something to let me change Rev/mile via the Xcal2 on a non SVT focus (like an 05 or 06 ZX5 or something.)

The Xcal2 will do that on the ZX3 as well

but dont I need a tune file of somesort to update that info on the ZX3? the only place when you can adjust such things are when you are about to re-program the car. Unless I am missing something here.

Thanks Tom!
