Tom I have a question for you

Hi Iom, I would like to know what I should do since I have to take my head off of my svt focus(to replace my burned valves). Should I still go with all stock parts or should I upgrade(head gasket, valves, head studs, safty devices, ect), since I will be puting the jrsc on? If you can will you be able to make me a list of things I should get. I know you have told me some stuff to put on but i forget all the stuff since so many people are telling me so much things to do but I know you know what your doing and have done a lot with fi. Also it may help alot of other people out to know exactly what to do. Thanks Tom for your time it is greatly apriciated
