a few questions about the roush

1. what are you opinions on the black intake tube on the roush turbo kit? would it be better to run a 3" aluminum pipe from lower in the engine bay instead of up so high in the heat.

2. on the waste gate it is dumped right back into the exhaust, would it be best to run it straight out with its own pipe? i know it will sound awesome like that.

3. i read that the roush kit doesnt have a bov but it has a bypass like a supercharger. can i put a bov on it and get ride of that by pass. i want the sound!

4. 3" exhaust, i may not be able to get one by the time i come down to NC. but i will be getting a 3" downpipe straight to a 3" flex and a truebends 3" bola exhaust. will you be able to do the tune right with my 2.5" downpipe no cat into my focus sport exhaust

5. will my 42# injectors be sufficiant for 220whp or do i need 50's?

thanks for all the help tom,
tim

1. what are you opinions on the black intake tube on the roush turbo kit? would it be better to run a 3" aluminum pipe from lower in the engine bay instead of up so high in the heat.
**Yes allways

2. on the waste gate it is dumped right back into the exhaust, would it be best to run it straight out with its own pipe? i know it will sound awesome like that.
**Sound aewson no , it sounds like a bad Exh leak every time you hit max boost and it dumps , after a bit you dont even hear it tho

3. i read that the roush kit doesnt have a bov but it has a bypass like a supercharger. can i put a bov on it and get ride of that by pass. i want the sound!
**If you make it a blowthrough yes , this kit is very hard to tune woth a BOV and suckthrough

4. 3" exhaust, i may not be able to get one by the time i come down to NC. but i will be getting a 3" downpipe straight to a 3" flex and a truebends 3" bola exhaust. will you be able to do the tune right with my 2.5" downpipe no cat into my focus sport exhaust
** I can tune it with what your going to now yes BUT when you go to the 3 inch it will need to be retuned to be safe

5. will my 42# injectors be sufficiant for 220whp or do i need 50's?
**42`s will do it

Tom

1. ok i'll buy a 3" aluminum pipe for the intake, we dont have to worry about the battery, lol, its in the trunk

2. ok, so thats probably why my friends civic sounds like a riding lawnmower, lol. but will it make it perform better for it to have its own pipe?

3. ok ive never seen the kit, how does that work. how could i make it a blowthrough. can you explain the process to me before i spend my money on a bov.

4. i guess i can try to get it before i come down. can you tune it with just a 3" downpipe and flex, and the tune still work when i get the rest of the exhaust or do i have to have the whole thing on?

5. good, saving money is good.
