Zetec or Duratec

Tom, I donít know if this has ever come up, but for the purpose of boosting, would the Zetec with a cast iron block be a better choice than a Duratec with an aluminum block?

which one would you go with and why tom? let's say, we had either option. explain the difference for those who do not know.(hp/tq) goal ?

Till you get into the 450 to 500 range i dont think eith block will give you much issues , at about the 450 to 500 mark the cast block will be better because it wont give and flex like the Alum block will ,
