xcal 2 ?

this may sound like a dumb question. what is the xcal2? i know you may say "do a search" i have done that. it gets confusing. i've been told that you can reprogram your ecu with it. i heard it is only a scan tool. please explain this to me. i've heard it's part of the pro racer package. help focus fanatics

ECU programmer. Your tuner can create a tune then send it to you via email. There's also some user adjustable settings if they are enabled. You can also datalog with it. I believe the pro racer package allows you to program/tune your car on your own without a tuner (shop).
