I'm drinking between 24oz's to 32oz a day. For protein i either grab a handful of almonds or 2 teaspoons of peanut butter. Been walking around a mile on my days off.

Ohhh my Nutribullet just got here...it is neat

One drink i tried tomatos, celery, carrots and a couple spoons of HOT sauce....Like a V8 with a KICK !!!

I was feeling like crap in general, and eating fast food five times a week.
I decided to fix the diet and hope it would help, HUGE difference.

I cut out as much processed food as I could, was juicing veggies and fruit everyday, and just eating "real food" like grilling a piece of fish or chicken at home instead of a hamburger and some steamed veggies instead of fries.

I felt better within days, my cravings for junk food disappeared, and I lost the spare tire and fat face. I wasn't in it for the weight loss, I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.

That was over a year ago, I occasionally go on a junk food bender for a couple days which results in feeling tired, worn out, unmotivated, and pissed off.

I watched the movie, and checked out the reboot site.

I'm confused. Joe said he juiced for 60 days but their plans say juicing and eating solids.

Who here is juicing period? I'm interested in trying the 60 day plan with just fruits and vegetables. I'm a repetition kind of guy so I'd probably just juice the same types every day for 60 days. I'm a sucker for veggies and fruit, just don't do it healthy LOL.

My friend doing it is juicing, but eating a solid meal at dinner. This is slightly illogical given that you use more energy during the day, and less at night. It would be more logical to eat a protein rich solid breakfast, and then juice and water during the day.

I'm working on getting my wife more into doing this as soon as we get a better juicer than the Jack LaLane we have.

I found an organic juice shop down from my office in Center City Philadelphia.

$6 for 12 oz drink.

I got kale, celery, beets, apples, and ginger.

I don't know if I'm going to puke or shit right now. I have the worse aftertaste ever. I'm drinking water trying to get it to go away. Clearly I HATE beets now.

Got a tiny headache but it may be the heat; it's hot as hell and humid. I'm use to dry heat in Texas LOL.
