Could you potentially just eat fruits and vegetable instead of using the juicer and yield relatively the same results? Or does the fact that everything is juice make it easier to digest and boost your metabolism or something. I am just curious! Thos seems like a great way to loose a few extra lbs.

In sure you could just eat all this and get rid of the weight but juicing might be faster!

^Well when you put it that way. I was just curious and cheap so I was thinking one could save money by not buying a juicer. But you're right it sure would be a pita.

I started up; somewhat. I found an organic produce store in my train station that does juices for $5. I'm going to try it out during my week at work since it's close by and see how it works before I invest in a juicer.

My only concern, their fruit ones are done up with fruit and a little ice. They don't just juice fruit overall; so not sure if that works. They do however juice apples when I get it. My typical morning drink is apple, pineapple, and strawberry. The apple is juiced, then put in blender with strawberry, pineapple, and ice.

The vegetable drinks are fully juiced. They have a HUGE assortment; so mostly kale, carrot, and celery for me.

Anyone know if there are any major side effects to fruid juice in morning being with some ice?
