I dont like the time change bs either. Just keep it the way it is now and dont fall back kater this year.
So, 40' tree cut down. Got almost all of it cut up and stacked for pickup. Just got about 15' of trunk left but then the little electric pole saw gave out. Guess its time to get another pole saw and a real chainsaw.
the struggle of reloading my own ammo.
i'm back to iron sights on my AR... but i need to put a scope on it to test my reloads for true accuracy so i can load up a bunch of hunting loads for it.
so put a scope on, zero it, shoot my test loads to find best powder charge... then take it off lol
Working a 16hr work day/night today...yay. May end up skipping the meeting I have to go to in the morning. I'm feeling exhausted right now. I just want to sleep knowing I don't have to wake up for shit right now. My eyes feel blasted, and not the way they normally are blasted, this is from fatigue.
Same here, 4 if you count me having to watch some of my coworkers patients when I feel they aren't paying enough attention to their health situations and I don't want someone dying.
Had a morning success sharing meeting for 2 hours. To offset those hours alot of people were scheduled short on sunday. Combine that with about 6-7 people calling out on a nice sunday and you have hell. And we are not allowed to xall people in especially part timers since they are only allowed to work 27hrs per wk period. Every day we have at least 3-5 people call out. I am just hoping their attendance catches up with them and we can let them go and hire some people who are not afraid to work .
Most of them dont have personal time to cover so they dont get paid for the days they missed. Our store manager is behind on the attendance variance tracking report. Once caught up i imagine there will be a lot of documentations being served along with some terminations. It just amazes me how many people can keep calling in to work and missing days knowing they are not going to get paid and dont have a second job.
Decided to buy a new Honda lawnmower. Glad to finally have a good mower. Was so tired of the Toro/Lawnboy/Troybuilt crap. They dont last, made with crap parts and you practically cannot find anyone who will do warranty work on them since the shops have a hard time getting paid for the work. With the Honda there is no problems. Already confirmed with 2 different shops that they are glad to do warranty work on the Hondas with no problem and usually very little down time.
Same here, I got bills and I'm the only one that earns money to pay for them. They must live with family or have a girlfriend/wife/husband/whatever that helps them. That's the only way I can see it working. If my wife was to work I would be able to slack off a little more myself knowing that if I can't cover a bill then my wife could.
Probably 95% of the people we have to fire is because they cannot show up to work on time. I had to fire one yesterday.
