I found another good donor car

Here is a good donor car for a V6 swap if anyone wants it. I wish I had the time and money but right now I'm going in a different direction.

nope that egg broke along time ago lol. Can you imagine what class I would probably be in at the auto-x and how it would effect handling. Though speaking about that I also found a foucs for 900 bucks with 167k mi on it with a clean body and interior that would make the perfect donor car. oohhh too bad all of us are not rich or we could chip in and make a SW texas focus with a swap and that could be our group car. Of course I could keep it safe with me when were not at meets hehehe

turbo ... MUCH EASIER THAN TRANSPLATING A V6 or V8.

Not to say CHEAPER as well.

You have to fab up a passenger side motor mount and I believe a Y pipe. This would be a better situation to deal with has far has swaps go due the fact you have the entire donor car. Here is a link to a inprocess swap going on. When I say going on 3yrs at least lol though he has had school and time issues. Of course he is also having to search down the needed parts. With these cars though you have everything you need sitting in the donor car.

Personally I'd go turbo if that was your plans. You will make alot more hp&tq and it would be easier for you to deal with (less fab work needed). I would be all over this if I had another car and extra money lol. It really sucks seeing possible dreams (I see donor and swap cars all the time it seems like) that you know if you took that one step would be closer to do. Heck I thought about just buying the ZX3 I saw just so I can have a really nice parts car heck even fixing that one up and driving and then going full race with my other one. Lots of possible routes to go. I have to pick a path and stay on it. And right now my path is pointing toward the cross......auto...cross that is lol

Sweet just remember your car can't be faster than mine lol its a rule. Its right under the tenth commandment in very small fine print. "no houston FF member can have a focus faster than Paul's" And under that is more small print and that says "some exceptions allowed but no more than one at a time lol"
