I've got some parts for sale if you're looking for an intake, exhaust(fits sedan, can be modified for hatchback) and some upgrade brake pads if you're interested. They are 3 of the more common upgrades besides lowering the car and putting wheels on it.

First would you like to see what engine you have, if zetec or duractec, then go Intake, exhaust and wheels for a sexy look.

first you would like to know what engine you have, probably is a zetec, but better check, then you can part from there and choose intake, exhaust and get a new set of wheels.

First step is to do any necessary maintenance on the car. A proper tuneup when needed will do 10x more for you than an aftermarket part.

If the car is good, then lower and tint are my first choices.

A basic tune up of plugs, wires, oil change, air/oil/fuel filter change would help a lot. I agree with Viper 100% that it should be your first priority.

But if you want some performance parts I've got a catback exhaust for a sedan and an intake for the 2.0 DOHC (or zetec as commonly referred to) engine. Problem is I am out near LA, and most of us are either here or in the IE and OC, although I think there are a few members in SLO and SB.
