Just put it to TDC before removeing the belt, and after install crank it twice and it should be at TDC again.

so will the gears move afetr you take the belt off...well i guess make a mark on gear and head to make sure it's lined up...ok so i'm down to do this on saturday

Nope becasue there attached to the cams. Unless you get a wrench and turn them it aint gonna move.
