Focus ST170 timing belt instructions

Hi Guys, I am new to the forum today and it looks great! I am here primarily to learn about my 2003 British ST170 Ford Focus as I have a problem I will describe. I have just purchased a 2003 ST170 in the UK and the timing belt broke and bent most of the highly expensive valves. The head has been sent to an expert in the UK for a complete rebuild and I should get it back sometime this week (hopefully)Problem is I cannot find a manual for the car to set up the timing when the head comes back. I am asking the members if they have any instructions of how to do this . I have purchased the timing bar and flywheel pin that locks the camshafts and crankshaft in the correct position but I am not sure about how to set the Variable valve timing sprocket. On the timing belt instructions it states that when everything is locked where it is supposed to be then you tighten the sprockets then rotate the belt twice and make sure it lines up again, but how do you set the VVT sprocket? A little bit confusing correct? I would appreciate any member contacting me or sending me the correct instructions either by my email address or through the forum.
Right that being said I am off to explore the forum.....
