Why do you need 93 for? All the focus' run on 87 except the SVT's

I am pretty sure even 91 is fine for SVTF's.

svt's have to be tuned for 91 from the factory cause alot of states don't have 93. If i'm not mistaken, you can get away w/ 89 too, but don't hit it too hard.

no worries, they can send you a tune for 91 octane just as easily. just let your tuner know that you cant get 93 in your area.

I don't think I've ever seen 93 here. I'm from NH and we had it there, sometimes 94 too. If you have any E85 available to you, just ad some to your tank of 91...not a lot, just a couple gallons or so and that will raise your octane up and won't hurt the engine. I use all E85 but I have a converter kit on my car.

I don't know if I have ever seen any. You might want to check gas stations closer to the tracks as sometimes they will carry it because of the demand for the track. Not sure tho

yeah, some place you can find a conversion chart to figure out how many gallons of 104 to mix with 91 to get 93 or any other octane you need, but 104 octane comes at a premium, you'd be better off getting a tune written for 91, and tell your tuner it has to be a conservative 91, the 110+ temps out here really affect the dynamics of the air fue mix. Turbo Tom himself suggested I put in a gallon or two of legit octane booster or 104 gas when I fill up in the summer, and thats for my bone stock SVT.
