Canyon Lake

I drove up to Canyon Lake today, What a fun drive, i couldn't go the speed that i wanted to go because i had two others in the car with me (cry babies don't want to go over 15 mph on a turn).

Really Fun drive, i want to do it again but faster. I made it to mile marker 220 then turned around and came back. (That is where the dirt road starts)

I want to go fishing there some time soon.

It was a nice day!

please be very careful up there. we've lost one car to the cliffs on that drive at night, i slid into the high wall a few weeks ago, and we've had several spins that could have ended VERY badly. Please use caution especially if you don't know the corners up there.

LOL, oddly enough, I went there today too, I only went to Tortilla flat and turned around, I didn't feel like running through water...once again the water was flowing over the road just past the restaraunt.....I prolly left the canyon proper at about 2:30pm, sorry to have missed you Ahzrukal, and everyone else who might have been available, just needed a little solo cruising time today on my day off....

I know what you mean about the solo drives. They have a way of settling me down and give me the chance to think. Next time you head that way and want to get a nice look at my rear bumper, give me a holar!

I thought i seen a few focuses, but i was not concentrating on that, i was watching the F350 in front of me trying to go 30 on the 15mph turns all the way down...

I think we left and got out of the crazy roads at around 3:00, We stopped everywere there was to stop to take a look around.

Did you see the 3 Porsches going up around 245? Or the Motorcycle Gang leaving at around 1:00?

I will post some picks here.

Once they get approved that is..
