All newnan residents read now!!

I know this is probly against the purpose of this section of the forum, but tought shit I believe this needs to be heard by the locals. I witnessed an attempted robbery tonight in the Target parking lot. I helped the lady and police as much as I could. The lady was too much of a nervous wreck to give the police any descriptions. I witnessed the entire incident and was able to help the police. The suspect pulled a knife on a lady that was alone and loading her vehicle and told her he needed her purse. As far as I know the suspect is still out there. If anyone see's a dark blue Suzuki Forenza with missing hubcaps call the Newnan Police. This is the vehicle used in the incident.

Ha I wish. It happened so quick that I was too far away to be able to do anything about it. I didn't see the knife in the guys hand i was just in my car and saw him walk up and within a few seconds she shoved her buggy into him and ran the other direction and he ran and jumped back into his vehicle and the driver sped off. Honestly I would have liked to have been able to do more. I do have some of a martial arts background, as I was in a cadet program, and later joined the army. I was sent home during basic though for various reasons. I enjoy helping other no matter what he situation is, but in this incident it happened to fast for anyone to really do anything, now if the laws weren't so bull shit and criminal friendly and had I just so happen to have my Glock in the car he wouldnt have gotten away cause I could have pegged his ass while they sped off in the vehicle. But thats just my personal opinion.
