Guys In Atlanta, Help Me Please!

Hi everyone!
I'm flying to Atlanta this Sunday and I've never been to the city before, so I have 2 things I'd like to ask before getting there.

First and most important: Where in Atlanta can I go and get parts for my 2000 Zetec Focus? I'm basically looking for a short shifter, cam gears, pulleys and some belt I might need for my supercharger.
Any link to a website would be very much appreciated!

Second question: I'll be staying at this hotel http://www.baymontinns.com/Baymont/c...opertyId=18137

Baymont Inn & Suites Atlanta Downtown
175 Piedmont Avenue NE
Atlanta, GA 30303 US

How do I get from the airport to the hotel? I'm not renting a car and a cab is not an option, I don't rely on them when going abroad.
Is there anyway I can use the subway to get there? Are the hotel and the airport connected?

Thank you very much for your answers!

P.S.: Check my signature, if anyone's interested!

Fav.

i guess the first question is going to be, how long are you going to be in the area? i'd be very surprised if you found a shop in atl that kept aftermarket focus parts in stock. Odds are you'll have to order parts online and have them shipped to someone's address.

as for getting from the airport to the hotel, you could jump on the marta train, but as for getting from the marta station to the hotel i'm guessing you'd have to rely on a cab. (i've never ridden the marta train so maybe someone else can chime in on that)

Hey, thanks for the quick reply!
I'll be there for a week or so, until the 22nd. If there was any site I could order things, I'd do it this week so I can have them delivered to my hotel room next week, that's my idea.

well i say get to looking... there are plenty of websites to order from (i wont make any recommendations because it's been a few years now since ive had my focus). doesn't sound like it would be such a bad idea to just have the stuff shipped to your hotel. i'd let the hotel know in advance to be watching for the stuff of course.

You could try here http://focus.c-f-m.com/ As for the transportation question, MARTA is the local mass transit. I don't think ATL has a subway. You might check with the hotel, they might have a shuttle service to p/u at a MARTA station. OR, a MARTA bus probably has a stop near enough to walk.

you can ride marta to get you close to where your hotel is... but there are only like 4-6 stops within the area... after that you would either have to take a cab or ride the marta bus close to whereever your hotel is... you really need to do some research in it tho because i will be honest... marta can be SCARY! and it only runs till 2am i think...

as far as parts... there is no specific store here in the ATL to buy from I would try craigslist to see if anyone local is selling anything.
