Ecoboost transplant??

I have a 2014 focus SE sedan, it's the sport Coupe and has the NA 2.0 DOHC and I have a friend that owns the local all ford salvage yard and he just got in a 2014 focus ST that has been rear ended by an suv but the front half of the car is perfect and has 22K miles on it and I can get the whole car very reasonable. My question is if it would be fairly straightforward to transplant the 2.0 ecoboost engine, transmission, ECM & harness from the ST into my SE sedan? Thanks for any input, preferably from someone that has done similar builds in the past (more than one, and successful builds please). If this is going to be a pain and require lots of mods than I'll forget about it and maybe find someone that knows how to get some more power and performance from my SE. Thanks

Is it possible to repair the rear of the ST with parts from your car instead?

There's one successful transplant to a sedan done by Mike (Shade010) of RDC, he's got a thread on it over in MkIII section.

Best source for hints, they're working on making it avail. commercially and maybe they can come up with a how to & kit for details.
