Inbetween Tuning select shift(if possible) or going through all the work converting to manual?

As the title portrays I'm in between tuning select shift to instantly shift when in manual mode, or converting my car to a manual clutch which I don't have the will power to do.
I think I like my select shift enough that I'll keep it if i find out how to tune it and or if possible to tune it at all, get a garage that knows how to do it for me.

No one is tuning the NA MK3 Focus so you don't really have the ability to adjust the shift timings on select shift or anything else.

Not that I'd recommend it, but it may be possible to disconnect a certain connector that makes the transmission "sport" shift. The Honda guys do it to remove the softness that the standard auto has to it. Again, don't even know if it's possible but it might be. If you want to go that route. For a 2012 it will probably just be best to trade it in for a manual.
