Wiring gone wrong/Dashes on Speedometer

So I have a bit of a problem. I got this 02 Focus off my parents for cheap that I was going to slowly build as a project car. The 02 was an automatic that I successfully swapped to a manual and have slowly been finishing the wiring for the speedometer and reverse lights, and working with tom to get rid of the automatic functions. First question would be does any one have an up to date, functioning link for the wiring diagram, because this is how my problem came about. I got the speedometer all finished and functioning and was working on getting rid of the Transmission range sensor and getting the reverse lights to work. From what I gathered from the Haynes manual and the system of elimination I singled out the two wires that would still allow the car to be started and then from there I got the reverse lights hooked up and for a little they worked. However now the car will not start. the odometer and trip has all dashes and the wiper blades both front and rear are functioning without the switch on. So I need some help from some of you serious focus fanatics to give me some help on what could have gone wrong. I may be missing some information but I am rushing to get off to second shift at work. Thanks for any help guys.

pm me your e-mail and i can send you a pdf on how to wire the car. but it sounds like the connector is loose or your solder came loose.
