2000-2001 ECU Pinout For Tranny Swap

So i know there are a million threads on the MTX75 conversion and i get the general idea. Got the parts for the entire swap from the junkyard yesterday from a 2000 Focus Se and I currently drive a 2001 ZX3 auto. I managed to get the ECU, Keys(swap chips into mine) and the Harness coming off the ecu for the engine and transmission but did not grab the electrical portion of the harness. Both look very similar minus the transmission portion. But from the threads i read some say they have a different pin out and some say they don't. I already have the updated throttle body with the newer TPS sensor on mine. I wanted To essential plug the tranny portion of the harness into my zx3 then i just need to figure out a wiring trick for the clutch safety switch and can run off the 2000 SE ECU and not have to worry about pats or getting a cel tuned out. Anyone know if this is feasible or if its better doing the swap with the ecu from the automatic zx3 then getting a tune(rather not go that route)?
