Duratec/4F27E Automatic Transmission Life

So I'm now in the market for a Focus for the GF for her to use as a DD and was wondering how well the 4F27E automatics hold up. I found a really good deal on a 2006 with the 2.0L and an automatic but it has 112k on it. The car looks to be fairly well maintained but I'm not sure if the transmission fluid has been changed or flushed at any point in it's life.

Any automatics running around with high miles? Any advice on things I should check out?
