Thumbs up Motor swap help 1.8 to 2.0

Hello I am new to the forum world so bare with me I am a master mechanic that is smart enough to ask for help when needed. I have two 2000 Ford Focus’s. One has a blown Motor it is a 2000 Ford Focus wagon SES with the 1.8 Litter P motor Vin # 1FAFP36P7YW200979. The other is a 2000 ford Focus wagon SES with the 2.0 litter P motor also that Vin # 1FAFP36P9YW145600 with a good engine but smashed body. How hard is it and what is involved in swapping the 1.8 out and putting in the 2.0. I know the motors got to go but dose the engine harness come out also and do the PCM, TCM, GEM, or and computers or sensors that have to be swapped out also. Any help would be greatly Valued thank you Larry (DAC)EEI-GIJG lmeuseman85atyahoo

If the eighth digit of the VIN is the same the engine is the same... if there's a 1.8 in there it was probably swapped in from another vehicle (Escort?). Nothing offered in a 2000 Focus but 2.0L, either the SOHC SPI or the DOHC Zetec. If you're swapping apples to apples the ecu and harness doesn't need to go, but apples to oranges it does.
