Focus/Ecoboost engine into Probe GT?

I have a 94 Probe GT (auto-trans) and the original engine is leaking oil in a place where fixing it would be as much work as dropping in a new engine. I considered a KLZE, but that is boring. I was thinking it be awesome to drop in a 3.5L or 2.0L Ecoboost engine. Does anyone have an idea how possible/difficult this would be? Any thougts on this would be appreciated!

Well the motor would probably cost you, let say, $8,000 to buy, maybe that includes the trans, if you can even find one. (Don't believe ford even sells them yet, and there are very few wrecks to find yet, especially the 2.0 ecoboost. Then you need the ecu, then you'll be trying to splice a 2011/12 Ford ECU with a 1994 Mazda ECU... Hmmmmm
