Engine swap question

If im swapping the motor from my 06 out with a motor from an 05, can i just use my existing ECU from the 06 motor? and if i do have to use the ECU from the other motor will everything just swap over? i dont know much about this ECU stuff.

Both motors are 2.0 duratechs right? If so then yes you swap the motor in with all your wiring and your golden. The only other thing is what transmission did each one come off of?
