VOLVO 2.5 Engine?

So im looking for the right engine to build for my track sedan. Im looking at the 2.5 Volvo engine as a thought. But I have questions since I havent done a whole lot of research on this engine.

Would a 2.5 be an overall better build than the 2.3 duratec?

When finding parts for the 2.5, are parts relatively cheap or moderate to expensive?

And how much boost can the stock 2.5 internals handle?

If anyone has any ideas that may help me out please say so.

Thank you!!!!

The Inline 5 cylinder 2.5? The one that the Focus RS engine is derived from?

I've heard you can make gobs of power with them, but unsure of how much or how to lol.

seems like it would be more expensive vs a 2.3L duratec. go out to your car and measure, then find a vulva in a junkyard and measure measure measure!

Well if your looking at other engines the 1.8 20v turbo or 2.0 20v turbo from VW Audi may be worth a look.

Rover 25 with the Audi 1.8 20v turbo in it.
